These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LegionHeritage website (legionheritage.com) and any services offered therein. By accessing this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of this website.

1. Nature of Services
LegionHeritage facilitates the acquisition of hereditary noble titles and sovereign citizenship through formal royal investiture processes conducted by or in partnership with sovereign entities. We act as an intermediary and advisory service. The granting of any title or passport is at the sole discretion of the relevant sovereign authority. LegionHeritage makes no guarantee of outcome beyond the engagement of our best professional efforts.
2. Eligibility
Our services are available only to individuals of legal majority in their jurisdiction of residence. By submitting an enquiry, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and are legally capable of entering into binding agreements.
3. Information Accuracy
The content on this website is provided for informational purposes. While we endeavour to keep information accurate and current, LegionHeritage makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding the completeness, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of any content on this site. Nothing on this website constitutes legal, tax, or financial advice.
4. Enquiries and Engagement
Submitting a consultation enquiry does not constitute a binding engagement and creates no obligation on either party. A formal engagement commences only upon the execution of a separate written agreement between the client and LegionHeritage, setting out the specific scope, fees, and terms applicable to that client's process.
5. Fees and Donations
LegionHeritage's fees for advisory and facilitation services, as well as any required philanthropic donations to the sovereign partner kingdom, will be set out in the individual engagement agreement. All amounts are quoted in Euros unless otherwise agreed. Fees are non-refundable unless expressly stated in the engagement agreement.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, design, graphics, and the LegionHeritage name and mark — is the property of RAG Resources LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this site without prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LegionHeritage and RAG Resources LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or engagement with our services. Our total liability in connection with any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the preceding three months.
8. Third-Party Services
Our processes involve engagement with sovereign authorities, legal professionals, and other third parties. LegionHeritage is not responsible for the acts or omissions of these parties, though we take care in their selection and impose confidentiality and conduct obligations upon them.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Wyoming.
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of this website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will note the effective date of any revision below.
